There is a lot of cost cutting and underhandedness within this company. Training is only given when necessary, the moral is extremely low in the offshore capacity with all personell talking about the things the company has done or is currently doing. They may win contracts for new works scopes which is a good thing for new workers but with the new contracts more cost cutting happens.

Dislikes

Inconsistantcy , recruitment not answering their phones, In house politics, underhandedness and the ability to not no who or what key skills their workers have. Seats on choppers...
