Salaries on time (before 15 th of every month).

Dislikes

No work culture at all. Harassment by Chairman. Utters unparliamentary and ugly words to faculty and Principal. Every semester atleast 2 Principals will be changing. Late night useless meetings. Wasting faculty time in incomplete constructing building. If you join BIET, you should be away from your family.

The college campus is excellent. The institute includes all the necessary facilities, including a well maintained library, auditorium, and laboratories for each academic department. Management is very encouraging for both personal and professional development. Superb place to put in one's time at work.
