Enough securities were provided by the company, they are well co-odinated the way they things, the management are learned, approachable, teachable. the company policies is rigid and flexible, strictly adhere to.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
