Each staff support, coordinate with cheerfully, well maintained office environment for male and female, politely behaviour, and we can say moderate, very culturally and sensitive of each work, Company policies are good and growth opportunities always there

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
