Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.

I appreciate the positive company culture and professional atmosphere at Bhagirath Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The organization maintains a high level of professionalism, which creates a conducive work environment.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

One of the challenges I faced was the delay in salary payments, with one month’s salary still pending. Additionally, there was no structured appraisal system to recognize employees' efforts. Despite giving my best, there were instances where questions were raised about the quality of work, which impacted motivation.
