They would make you learn a tool i.e. Okta to he precise, end to end but most of the times just with pre recorded customer sessions and some standard videos.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No transparency in policies, no perks.

Salary - Poor
Job security - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

No work time limits. 8 hours definitely but scattered across the entire day.So in my opinion it's not flexible.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
