Bita takes care of hiring soft tech employees but then presses them for work and hesitates in their salary. I have worked in beta soft tech. That HR told me that they will give you training first, our training time will be your salary, your salary will be 8k, after the training, you will not leave, hence, you will have to get a bondof 1 year in which your original high school marks sheet will have to be submitted. When I deposited it. she said that I will pay your salary when you work liveproject. May worked for 2 months then left when salary was not paid...Read More

I think I didn't like anything in this company.

Dislikes

Frankly speaking there is so much of work pressure and also work time is too long. U can't balance your life with this time schedule and even they didn't support in covid 19 lockdown. They deduct your salary in normal days also.
