Likes

Good and professional work environment and culture. All staff are supportive. Management treats everybody equal. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but increments, bonus and career growth is slow.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
