Everything is good as like biggest MNC companies. Working culture in marketing and support from promoters is excellent they believe on you and your work as like company name Believe.

Politics and some uncultured seniors who's doesn't have knowledge about FMCG but by mistake they're in system.

Friendly and very good cultural as I got so many facilities in terms of medical urgency and others from this company as I was there from starting time. I have given my all to this company and got double return from there. There have no dislike to tell anybody. Its my luck that I have worked with this company for 3 years and my fabulous experience with my last RM, he is a great leader. I have nothing to tell about dislike but as a least HR have to grow themselves. They should not act over and above any Senior employees argument, they should realise feel and post that work on any discussion against any employees. Rest all are awesome.
