Culture, Fake promises, changes in Job role without any intimation, hikes given to only brown nosers ( and usually the females only). Everything good is reserved for a few individuals only ( female of if you can speak Bengali). Many of the top management leadership are not from the industry so their guidance is often wrong but stillforced. Not open to suggestions from bottom up! Personal insults by leadership to make others laugh in large gatherings is common. No concept of ethics. HR is just a placeholder in many grave cases, with no power or teeth to stand up for employees. Would never suggest....Read More
