Relaxed atmosphere. Generally, the staff is friendly. There is very little professional stress. Duty hours are good, you are not expected to put in extra hours.

Dislikes

The hospital's top management is mediocre and comprises 'yes' men/women. They are managers. Not leaders. The owner leads the hospital but has little time and little interest. He is 'kaan ka kacha' and likes sycophants, even though he discourages chamchagiri. He is worldly-wise and understands that people are doing chamchagiri but likes to be praised.
