Am interested in maintenance and service based work, this is such a firm

Dislikes

Field service work. Low salary, no increment of salary no proper training for work, when we are infront of a customer we couldn't able to answer their questions properly without a proper training have to travel alot for work, have to use own bike for work only petrol allowance is there, no other allowance for maintenance of the bike. no proper timing for work, sometimes have to go 5:00am in the mng, sometimes it take 1:00am to get back from the work, but there's no benefit for that. Health issues Getting very much tiered of continuous traveling & without proper rest....Read More

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
