Am interested in maintenance and service based work, this is such a firm

Field service work. Low salary, no increment of salary no proper training for work, when we are infront of a customer we couldn't able to answer their questions properly without a proper training have to travel alot for work, have to use own bike for work only petrol allowance is there, no other allowance for maintenance of the bike. no proper timing for work, sometimes have to go 5:00am in the mng, sometimes it take 1:00am to get back from the work, but there's no benefit for that. Health issues Getting very much tiered of continuous traveling & without proper rest.
