B D Associates Pvt. Ltd. is a private ownership company. Managing Director is Mr. Bidyut Das. His dictatorship is the last word in the organisation.

Dislikes

There is no work culture at all. No job security at any level of the employees. No one can assume that, on the next day his service will survive or not. They expelled their staffs in one day notice. So it is advised dont leave your present job if you will get any lure offer from BDAPL.

Work Details

I was responsible for finishing jobs. But did not get enogh time as well as manpower for completion of jobs.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
