Unfortunately there is nothing to like, they don't have any structure, work ethics, or decipline.

Dislikes

They never pay salary on time, it is always delay 4-5 months. Even on emergency they do not pay the salary to employees, just giving excuses. Employees need to BEG for there salary and yet they are not ready to pay, this co. Has not done the F&f yet for even a single employee since the company started.

Nothing I have liked to work in bcad global.

Dislikes

One of the worst company, I have never seen yet. There is no timing, works for a whole day, no esi, pf benifts , I have worked there for 6 months, but still they won't provide appointment letter. Salary is too low , if the manager went out of a company, company will grow or else no way, Using pirated version tekla software now
