The work culture. Am glad that i got a good manager. The best manager i have worked so far. He always try to help people by making them learn and providing opportunities. I was recruited through Realbridge e-marketing solutions and even that manager is good. They look for the work to be completed. As far as you are doing your work , this is best. You get Permanent work from home.

Dislikes

The appraisals/hike which is very meagre. Single digit less than 5 and sometimes you don't even get. They pay good salary while joining that's it. And sometimes you have deployments in the night 2am which is fine, you can get comp off for it

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
