Culture is nice. If you figure out your ways you will find people in the management struggling to help you out in every possible way. There are also people who might make you feel betrayed. But that's gonna be everywhere. Learning depends upon your initiative. Teaching is done but depending upon your job role. Nothing much to state.. Do your work good and you shall be happy. Just be clear with all the terms and conditions. There are a lot of rules and regulations even for the smallest of the moves. Be aware of it.. but there is policy book for employees which covers most of it which is easily accessible in the outlet.

Floor leader position is just a slab to differentiate "better waiters". Not many responsibilities are given. But you can always put in efforts to learn more know more.
