Nothing much to state.. Do your work good and you shall be happy. Just be clear with all the terms and conditions. There are a lot of rules and regulations even for the smallest of the moves. Be aware of it.. but there is policy book for employees which covers most of it which is easily accessible in the outlet.

Floor leader position is just a slab to differentiate "better waiters". Not many responsibilities are given. But you can always put in efforts to learn more know more.
