Sales Leadership (specially L3 manger) is not at all fit for the position. No geographic knowledge and aware about location region specific challenges. Not approve expense claims, not work in motivational factors at all. Only know to drive with demanding and order mode.

Influencing the decision making of company on the management and working as per personal wills and power. This will affect the company in long run, if same people and policy follows.
