I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. I do not like our some company's policy...like holidays..and yes of course company politics ....we know very well that how people they are create politics against employees/employer ....so i think enough....because behind company false speak ...its not right , and this is a not right platform .I think ....so thanks for all.....!!!
