So many things which fall in category of dislikes. This is my first job & 2 Coo & 4 managers changed here during my tenure period due to politics here. When covid starts to till now company earns well, but whenever ask appraisal, they said company faces the heavy loss and you thankful to us for giving you job.my 2 years appraisal pending and & they hire employees on higher salary . Last manager his name is dev Kaushik, he is totally a bull shit. He didn't give proper training to anybody and ask for quality work. Ceo is bigger Bull shit than manager. Manager threatened me and many employees, like spoil the career, don't get job anywhere, Hr knows every shit that happened here with employees.but she asked us to go to ceo directly, she just hold the position of HR, but didn't perform the hr responsibilities.
