I enjoyed every movement of that place because the culture of that school is unified everyone in the single roof students too were very fond of learning there except some issue I enjoyed teaching there alot.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Fellow teacher are not so co operative which I seen in the staff room , Salary which comes in term of honorarium very less compare to any school.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
