This firm was the start of my architectural journey . The principal architect Mr Ameet Babbar is a class act . The years spent at this firm were one of the most beautiful years of my architectural journey . Got to learn so much from this company and the best part was that evrything was taught with a smile . The man in charge is a very humble guy who's a proper delhite . Calm , confident and very amazing to talk to . I wish this company all the best coz with the amount of knowledge and power they hold , I am quite certain their growth shall be exponential . My only suggestion is increase your online presence sir . Their are companies in the market who do not have 10% of the knowledge your hold but are getting projects coz their online presence is more . I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
