All the pressure is on branch banking Employee in other products like loan department and bussiness limit they are not actively participate If we put mail to them there is no revert and also Bbo is not helpfull if you want any approval from them they will not pick your call or revert on mail easly Some time branch eod got stuck and bbo team is not helpful Company culture is not good Specially my new branch head is not supporting me in any operation or in sale I bring this into the notice of cluster head but some how there is lot of lack while taking any action...Read More

No transparency, No Team work. Higher Bosses rule according to there wish, hence no LEADERs seen who can drive the core team working at ground level. Ground level is pissed off not support system to bring out there skills. HR is also ruled by higher ranks. Still running like old Govt. model culture babugiri is there. Rank should be respected otherwise EGO system will through you out. No churning process for those performing really down. Whatever BOSS says is correct or else will be screwed. Sales people are given MOST IMPORTANCE (they can overrule compliance and when caught kick them off). Operations have no value, they are donkies and useless garbage bags. Anything wrong happens Ops Head is held most responsible person. I don't understand why operations head/team is kept! When higher management speaks it speaks compliance is the most important we have to follow but when sales comes compliance is take care later on but finish sales first. It is just a GYAN after giving service only sales happens but where sales opportunity is there compliance(service is kept aside) run for completing it by hook or crook and BH/CH get involved. For sales diversion is taken approvals are given without any ifs & buts but if operation comes lots of ifs & but arises not approval is given and customer suffers. Manual System for Daily Routine Work due to which chances of errors are high, Very Low Salary at Ofrole grade and no bonus for them. For onrole grades upto Manager (AM,DM), Annual Performance Bonus is on the lower side at 3 rating it's 40k for AM and 55k for DM.
