Good Bonus for Manager and above grades. If your performance is good you can get promotion in 2nd appraisal cycle.

Dislikes

Manual System for Daily Routine Work due to which chances of errors are high, Very Low Salary at Ofrole grade and no bonus for them. For onrole grades upto Manager (AM,DM), Annual Performance Bonus is on the lower side at 3 rating it's 40k for AM and 55k for DM. In grade promotion hike given is around 18% which should be minimum 20-25%. Bank takes 3 appraisal cycle a grade promotion for Average performer....Read More

Compensation is low, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Maximum time I have to work 10-13 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I am doing good sales and Operations and won many contests and client appreciations but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.
