In the initial years up-to around 2012 the bank was far more humane in dealing with the employees. There were certain leaders who mentored their team which led to improved productivity and work satisfaction.

Dislikes

Post 2012 the culture of the bank changed drastically for the worse. Inefficiency, office politics, late sitting, were encouraged. Some of the leaders who were atrocious with people management and leadership skills were in the limelight purely due to boss management.
