Earlier it used to be like a Bank. Now it is only a sales outlet, without any aspect of service in it.

Dislikes

Having serious leadership crisis. Current management has no clue about how to run a Bank.

The company has come up with a new re-organisation structure post joining of new MD. I believe under his leadership & guidance institution will definitely move to a new heights.

Dislikes

Perks & compensation are moderate. Elevation in grade is also not very fast. It’s depend upon job role.
