Never would prefer to have an account with axis bank as it has a very lethargic banking system before customer gets frustrated it’s the employees who feels like abusing

Good salary package. Supportive teammates huge cafeteria nothing to worry about. One can work their with out any work load. Management are transparent.

Dislikes

This very far from station. Company must provide transportation to their employee

Want to switch to MNC...need help

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.

Work pressure is very high and kind of a dictatorship is been seen at workplace. no help given during medical condition. more than 9 hours a person is seen working. since i am on resign period and my medical condition is worst, I wanted my notice period to be waived off by a month but no help was given. Now am suffering due to travel.

Work Details

I managed a portfolio of Mumbai, Pune and Delhi. I used to engage with customer and generate leads according to their requirements. Challenging but yet one good experience I had by understanding various types of customers.
