It's a very employee friendly bank. Value employee sentiments. I am sure every bank or every work has its own pressures. But at the end if your mentors are motivating rather than making you feel that your bad at ur work then it will be very hard to stick around. As per reviews from friends working in other banks I feel Axis in this case a lil more friendlier to employees. Best for learning.

You don't get paid for what you do. All banks today are about targets. And you work Ur hardest to achieve it by EOD. And by month end when you see that negligible amount credited to your account it's disheartening. Also politics exists. Lacks systematic way of work.
