The company culture is not good at all.. they are not employee friendly. they do not consider your health/ other issues. No leaves given. No monetary benefit. No transportation. Most of the times they deduct your money for no reason. The bank doesn’t take any responsibility for you or the banks mistakes. The banks software and systems are always down. They are not considerate about anything or approachable for problems. They don’t support their employees in achieving their targets. The top managers use foul language and treat employees badly. Work Details

There is not life left after joining the bank. They make you work for endless number of hours.. there is a time to come to the bank but no fixed time to go back. There are no leaves whatsoever. Even on your days of leave and weekends, they have meetings.
