The bank was very good but some narrow minded people have spoiled the environment.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Axis Bank. The work culture feels overly pressurized, and I find the numerous account charges frustrating. It seems like there are fees for every little thing, which adds to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I do not appreciate the environment or the practices at Axis Bank.

Customers should not be taken advantage of, and employees shouldn't be subjected to such pressure, especially during peak login times. I hate this bank forever. I’ve been facing significant financial strain due to my salary being consistently low at 7,000 to 8,000 for the past 10 months. Culture is very bad. No transperancy. Leaders rule the bank and only promote there near ones. Only sales is given importance and service is by product. If a person so good sales then only promotion and secondly should be good in eyes of leaders. One instance ruin your rating.

After merger of city bank , bank may be in loss hence looking for employee lay off , unnecessary sales presure . There is no good system like other bank for processing customer request and account opening, bank Working like 90's era , No redressal system, No one want to take responsibility.

In its previous incarnation as UTI bank it was a much wonderful organisation to work for. As the approach in those day was to be customer centric & employees were allowed to participate in getting goal setting for the bank.

Over a period of time the customer centric approach have diminished, pressure have increased on revenue growth & no learning is provided for cross function activity.

In compared to other banks there there is quite work life balance is there. Else there is no good thing who which will encourage the employee to work in this Bank.

No employee and customer is satisfied with axis. Since client is always disappointed with the services of Axis so that employee need to focus more on service issues as employee need to generate new business instead of servicing the existing clients. There is no process to work company is working like Lala company, very orthodox andvery old system. System is still not updated as compared to other bank. An absence of employee there is no other employee who can take the ownership of the assignment. The management is hardly interested in the overall employee's mental and physical health. Specially the branch banking employees are treated bad. There are no simple tissues in the washrooms.
