Working Environment is good and there is good career growth opportunities in Retail branch banking, after a certain time duration there is option to shift within different departments of Axis Bank. Axis Bank is good example of work life balance, learning and developing staff.etc.

Axis bank is a big renowned brand , everybody want to part of it and its my fortunate that i become a part of bank . i love the culture of bank and their transfer policy . I have very good experience in bank . In future i would like to again part of axis bank through its re - hire policy.

Dislikes

Although i have good experience but i have issue with odd working hours ( late evening) till 9 PM and more sometime . I do not receive appreciation from seniors and not by company, also their is only swagat training for freshers after that their is no training available for learning about new products.

It is blessing for me to be part of renowned bank who is famous for their work culture and innovation new products. I have very good understanding with my colleagues . I would like a part of Axis bank again in future .

I m good performer but leave AXIS just because of Home location and I see that many employees also want to shift just because of location problem, Please give Home town to employees so that they will do best.
