Culture is very bad. No transperancy. Leaders rule the bank and only promote there near ones. Only sales is given importance and service is by product. If a person so good sales then only promotion and secondly should be good in eyes of leaders. One instance ruin your rating.

All the pressure is on branch banking Employee in other products like loan department and bussiness limit they are not actively participate If we put mail to them there is no revert and also Bbo is not helpfull if you want any approval from them they will not pick your call or revert on mail easly Some time branch eod got stuck and bbo team is not helpful Company culture is not good Specially my new branch head is not supporting me in any operation or in sale I bring this into the notice of cluster head but some how there is lot of lack while taking any action...Read More

Hr is puppet of Senior Supervisors. Supervisor driven organisation. Pls risk ur future to work with this brand

Many things, supervisor are pathetic, lots of politics and favourism happens. U put butter and oil then u will be highlighted, get good rating, benifits, all claims will be passed everything, but if u don't, teams will be minimised, which will effect ur kra and every benifits which are mentioned in ur offer letter will be stopped gradually, worst calutre in Banking industry I must say.
