Overall culture at Axis bank is truly really nice. Please consider this with grain of salt as it depends on the manager and your team members as well.

As stated above, what type of manager and team members you get decide how satisfied and fulfilled you will feel, currently neither my manager nor my team members are good. But I have WFH so it makes it easy.

Disappointing Experience I had high hopes, but my time here was marred by a toxic work culture. The management prioritizes sycophancy over merit, making it clear that career growth is tied to appeasing those in power rather than delivering quality work. Freedom of speech is non-existent, and the focus is on securing business deals by any means necessary. This environment can erode your personal values and leave you vulnerable in difficult situations. The HR policy appears impressive at first glance, claiming that no employee will be terminated solely for business reasons. However, I've witnessed HR block attendance and coerce employees into resigning on orders from higher-ups. I beg everyone not to join this company this company is absolutely terrible no one teach you a process and they just shout at you and the Targets they give you are surely unachievable for new joiny and forget about office politics they give you hell This type of company does not only distroy your dreams they distroyed my career andfamily too because you can never be happy ......everyday you went through stress and they should at you in morning hurdle because entire funnel shout at just you for theri target I think RBI should close this bank effective immediately...Read More

After merger of city bank , bank may be in loss hence looking for employee lay off , unnecessary sales presure . There is no good system like other bank for processing customer request and account opening, bank Working like 90's era , No redressal system, No one want to take responsibility.

Non technical people are in VP and SVP. Hence, they never listen to anyone. They never support to team. If you do any mistake, they will suffer you till you resign. Please think 10 to 100 times before joining this company as IT professional. You can join in case you don't have any other opportunity.

The senior management at zonal level and regional level are very unprofessional and always carry personal grudges on employees. Irrespective of the skills, experience the respective employee will be judged based on any random person opinion and feedback. No cross check or discussion will happen. The ground reality is far far different from what is always portrayed

The old team was really good

New Supervisor are all very selfish They support their neighbours and put pressure on those who work. I feel Axis Bank should protect its staff from these people as it happened with me and it can happen with anyone else too. When I was in the hospital, I gave all my business to my neighbor who never brought any business himself, due to this I got termination
