1.you will get shuttle facility which is really Gr8 ..this is for all members 2.You will get chance to jump for next position but it’s very tough.

Dislikes

No salary hike No promotions No life balance Temporary income source 6 days working And if u did not achieve target then you have to work more than 9 hrs

Want to switch to MNC...need help

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.

This vertical is an experimental and is expected to achieve target as the bank depends on it. No clear demarcation of incentive structure which is again tricky. Everyday a new rule comes. The person running the unit is basically urgently trying to feed his own ego. So, A lot of pushing and arm twisting is done.

Dislikes

It's monotonous and stressful.
