Work life balance,work pressure.They expect you to start selling from day one, contradictory to the fact that the position relationship manager requires you to build relationships over a long term with the customer instead of focusing on short term objectives.

My supervisor always given threatening if you don't do your business I will fired you and the way of his taking was unbearable ( I will not give you salary you are worthless ) and all time my Team Leader doing the same you are PEP you have to do otherwise no one will save you. If you see my past record I have achieved my target every month and lot of revenue I have generated. Due to this Covid crisis nobody reached the target. This is very good organisation for learning and earning prospective because by doing this job we learn each and every products of Banking and Insurance and best part is the unlimited incentive employer can earn every month if sales talent is there. For future growth the employer has two options i.e. either they can go for Branch Banking or in B.P.O sectors. Its a bpo kind of a job. If you work to grow in banking sector you can go for this company, as you may be get transferred to direct banking based upon your performance. And yes if are comfortable in bpo and call jobs then its best for you
