In Axis bank my position was DRM(digital relationship manager) and I love my work in that position but after three months of working in axis I took a leave of 15 days from office for some major issues , major issue was my mother is admitted in hospital for liver diesese and diabetes and at that time no one was there to take Care ofmy mother so in this case I force to take leave and after passing one month my sister came to take care and again I join the office by requesting hr , then I am working as usually and after passing three days , a call came from sister to me and she told mother is very serious so thus without informing I went hospital and doctor said 2 person needed with your mother because your mother is too critical and I immediately accepted to be there , after passing 2 days at 20th March 21 she leaves the body in morning 4:35 am and my elder brother and me start doing all death formalities and after 15 I informed hr and unit head , hr not replied anything only unit head replies that I left the job PLZZ contact hr , and I messaged hr but no reply so this is my scenario during mother cure...Read More

The company is innovative and broad sector for learning more and more. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global clients base. As a result I came to know about the work style and culture by being a relationship manager,and also by helping and fulfill there needs,its really a great experience .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure doesn't make any sense but have to continuously take calls of the customer wether its for requimemts, service,query its a mixture . It sometimes becomes very difficult to catch another call before solutions of first one.

This vertical is an experimental and is expected to achieve target as the bank depends on it. No clear demarcation of incentive structure which is again tricky. Everyday a new rule comes. The person running the unit is basically urgently trying to feed his own ego. So, A lot of pushing and arm twisting is done.

This is very good organisation for learning and earning prospective because by doing this job we learn each and every products of Banking and Insurance and best part is the unlimited incentive employer can earn every month if sales talent is there. For future growth the employer has two options i.e. either they can go for Branch Banking or in B.P.O sectors. If employer will do better then company motivates them by giving Awards and Certificates every month and management is very cooperative for everything even for small queries also....Read More
