Axis gives less salary compared to other bank and also high work pressure and high pressure to cross sell and make employees to run behind the customer and its make Customer to get irritated

Overall culture at Axis bank is truly really nice. Please consider this with grain of salt as it depends on the manager and your team members as well.

As stated above, what type of manager and team members you get decide how satisfied and fulfilled you will feel, currently neither my manager nor my team members are good. But I have WFH so it makes it easy.

Bank is better to work than smaller banks

Bank is not connected to ground level. Processes , TATs are poor. Top management is not knowing process related issues. Too many useless concalls and data games instead of Customer meetings. Poor HR set up. Remaining Axis Bank employee for long makes you poor every year as they are not employee oriented at all, nor customer oriented, facewash to shareholders that a lot is being done, actual situation is rotting everyday...Read More

Maybe the worst decision took by me working at Axis Bank. It might not be applicable for others. This is my personal opinion.

Disappointing Experience I had high hopes, but my time here was marred by a toxic work culture. The management prioritizes sycophancy over merit, making it clear that career growth is tied to appeasing those in power rather than delivering quality work. Freedom of speech is non-existent, and the focus is on securing business deals by any means necessary. This environment can erode your personal values and leave you vulnerable in difficult situations. The HR policy appears impressive at first glance, claiming that no employee will be terminated solely for business reasons. However, I've witnessed HR block attendance and coerce employees into resigning on orders from higher-ups. Overall, I would caution others against joining this organization, as it can compromise your professional integrity and well-being....Read More

Unable to understand management goal, everyone is forced to do every products rather core products are been ignored against cross sales.

Politics much more, supervisor create unnecessary business pressure , extra workload, at a time do many works , assign task which is actually harassment,,, supervisor doing nothing, no holiday, if u sick even though BH asked u came to office, coming timing mentioned which sharp 8:50 am but going time not mentioned……..etc……etc…..
