Working culture is not good. Lots of partiality there. Charges is higher than the others banks. Service is not good die to sales pressure is higher on BRO. As per qualification and knowledge they are not given the salary. KRA is same for all grades.

Salary and compensation, they try to do maximum deduction which is possible even you will take 3 to 4 years to reach your initial package actually. Allowance are in the supervisors hand and theyapprove on the basis of liasening not on the basis of actual expense. 3.
