They treat you like robot even labour work for 8hr but in Axis bank they wont let you go home if your target are not fulfilled. The day starts at 8.45 but u ll not know whether u ll go home at what time sometimes at 9 or at 10pm. Huge targets and pressure will keep our life hell. Even in holidays branch manager will ask to come to branch to do business. Other people have social life but axis bank employees have concall life. Life is full of concall.
