Folks in Axelor India are the best. They treat you well & never get irritated and frustrated when freshers frequently ask questions. Whenever you are stuck, just consult with your higher-ups, they definitely help/guide you. Work-Life Balance is excellent. Even in COVID-19, Work From Home is permitted and Salary was not reduced.

Dislikes

* Career development(Knowledge wise) is limited. They have their own development kit. So, whatever you learn in the training days, will be all that you ever learn. To develop your skill you have to rely on extra studies. * Salary & Raise percentage both are low comparatively. Other than the above-mentioned points, there is nothing to dislike.
