Work Details

I joined as a GET and got opportunity to work on International project within 6 months. We can get help from any senior without any hesitations. This company provides salary on time. And the work life is friendly.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
