What's not to dislike about this company. First of all they only had One prominent client. No development work, only defect solving, so low learning curve here. No work life balance. No job security here, because according to them, you work for their 'Client', not for them.

Ambition box should remove this option in case of Aventior because there is nothing to like about them. Soon this company is going to shut down because of there worst working culture and attitude.

The list is too long. Aventior is worst than a Laala Company. Thinks 1000 times before joining this company. Old people are sitting at top level and doesn't know how to run a company. No loyalty towards employees. They don't trust people and think about their business only. They even don't pay employees salary and HR is so rude whenwe go to her she is only hiding and covering up the Management mistakes by giving useless clarification. Nobody wants to work with them. People who joins leave the company on 2nd day after understanding their mentality and procedures. No leaves, 6 months probation and they ask many of my colleagues to leave because they don't agree on wrong way of working asked by CEO'S....Read More

In this organization, there is too much politics going on, so sometimes what happened we can't focus on work. They pressurized me to resign otherwise they will terminate me and finish my career in the IT industry. When they put me on another project I asked them what was the reason, and they told me that client does not want me in this project, I worked on the particular project for almost 2.5 years from scratch. And then they moved me to another project, in that project my manager's ego came across me, and then they gave me an ultimatum to resign and this thing was known by everyone.
