It was really a great experience working at Atos. The 1st thing all atos emoloyees will tell you is the work life balance. Other pros: -Great for beginers if you get a technical field. -Career growth is also good as you can pursue different roles if you prove yourself. - You will feel secure as far as your job is concerned. If there is no projects left for your work, they wont get rid of you. You will be offered to persue different roles. - Onsite opportunities as well if you play your cards right. - Awesome transport facility. Private cars are used to pick and drop you right from your building. - Good shift allowances for all shifts. - Work from home facility....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
