Likes

It was great working with MNC company like atos. Job security is what helps people join here and work culture is as expected in an MNC. Management is up to the mark and company policies are like which says great place to work.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
