Worst HR policy, Poor appraisal cycle - It will take six months to get your revised hike and that too without arrears. Organisation is focused on cost cutting strategies rather than employee welfare. Every 6 months employees are prone to structural changes which affects them both mentally and financially. Beware with the HR recruiters, they will do fake promises. Atos is really a very good company to work with. You will definetly feel the work life balance. Management and people in Atos are very understandable. You can work without any stress. On the whole I enjoyed my stint working with Atos.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high.
