I m giving 1 star because I can't give it below to 1 star. There is nothing to like. Management to manager to employee everything is painful. Work pressure is very high and always at the threshold and remain to that level through out years. If you try to learn something for your betterment, they will come behind you and threat you not open the IDE again otherwise you will be fired. Have seen people in this organisation broke down after giving their 200%, and were force to resign on very next day. They want employees to plan their sickness in advance otherwise they will shoot a mail to HR to not consider your sick leave application bsc that idiot manager has seen you last night laughing. There is nothing to like, don't fall in the trap if they are saying you cutting edge technology, growth in future and other bla bla things. They just want an IT labour with no self respect so that they exploit him or her, they are such mean inhuman that they can grab your coller and expect you to say sorry

Your workstation changes without your prior knowledge , they ask you to leave if someone close to the VP feels insecured by your knowledge , they would expect you to leave immediately without serving the notice period to even if they ask people to leave.half the office bays are empty as they want people to sit close to each other tosave electricity.you cant avail leaves ,they would want us to take planned leaves when we are sick which is not possible,but still grateful as I got the job when I needed money the money the most ....Read More

Work culture , management , no canteen facility of food supply anywhere even when it was already a year that the company opened at Bangalore they kept on calling them a startup and that they are unable to find a food vendor for employees.the benefits mentioned in the appointment letterare namesake.leaves that you take are counted as unpaid leaves by default.zero professionalism right from the VP to management .asking for work from home is like more than asking for leave as they can't deduct money so it's a straight no whereas as per the t n c we can't take 30 days wfh annually unquestionably....Read More

You can excel at what you know. You can let the management know what you are really interested in, and they would support you definitely in your career path.

Ignorant in some ways. For example recognition for the work done, and providing perks of any appreciation from client etc. They think these might be small, but you can only be recognised in thes small things.

It was the company i started working and actually knowing IT industry or how actually we get to grow in IT. Atmecs play a very important role in my life. It was a huge learning journey for me. Its not just the company but also you need to put efforts and luck is also something we need to consider. I have seen my friends joining as developer but now they have moved to tester in Atmecs. Job at atmecs is solely dependent on the client..untill client is happy with ur work ur job is safe..u may lose job if u do not have a project..most of the managers have very less management skills and u have to depend on urself for project deliverables and client interactions..ur goals mean nothing for the management.if u have been given good hike and u don't have any other offers in hand then join Atmecs..salary and other benefits would be on time..hell no for QA people..if u r from testing background avoid this at any cost...Read More

Management and HR are not employee centric..they can't even talk to clients regarding ur project movement even if there are openings in the technology u want to move into.all they need is billing..

I would recommend to join atmecs as junior resource it's not recommend for senior designations. Go as software engineer hike it update your skills for 2 years and get lost from the company
