Job Title: Senior Sales/Key Account Manager

Experience: 10-12 Years
Location: Hyderabad, India


Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales/Account Manager to lead and expand our strategic accounts, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, account management, and account mining. They will focus on upselling, cross-selling, and driving business growth within key accounts while fostering long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing accounts to expand revenue streams.
  • Technology Expertise: Leverage a strong understanding of technology solutions to address client needs effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., delivery, solutions, and technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery and solution implementation.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and other commercial discussions to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and client business challenges to proactively offer relevant solutions.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and present to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
  • Skills: Proven ability in account mining, upselling, and cross-selling. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Client Handling: Experience managing large enterprise accounts and interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
