Key Account Manager / ZSM - Bangalore / Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sales forecasting monthly & quarterly sales targets achievement.
• Team management - Team building, development & Monitoring.
• Develop relationships with major clients, Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs.
• Pertaining to negotiating price/ finalization of deals
• Research and identifying new potential market & customer, business development adding new key accounts.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with the branding and product development team to ensure brand consistency and new product launches.
• Follow up with Global Supplier on NPD, Pricing, Quality issues, Product Promotion, trails and business development.
• Coordination with the R&D Team for fulfilling the customer's requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8-15 years of work exp. in Industrial Sales or in Food ingredient, nutrition and bakery-Confectionary industry
• B2B Sales experience is mandatory
• Understanding of distribution sales, Managing P&L and target oriented approach.
