Bit micro management there not with all manager few manager with older mentally and old mindset. Till now where ever I work there like just inform ahead when you want to take leave but here you needs to email as request and some manager have that mentality for every thing you needs to request them. That I feel uncomfortable.

Working in atmecs is terrible, we have to sacrifice our personal life to work for atmecs. Work life balance is zero. They over commit to their customers and that is end up in putting employees in an trouble to sacrifice the personal life.

This company gave me a good exposure to work on the latest technologies and tools which helped me to keep myself competitive as per current market trends.

Company should give people more flexibility or options to choose the work culture they are comfortable with.

Nothing to talk good about ATMECS. very higher level management takes good salary hike by giving negligible salary hike to lower level managers and their team members.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good. Too much of work place politics. From Higher level delivery manager till Vice presidents use the lower level managers for their own tasks and throw them once lower level managers and team members are no more required. People from Bangalore location are forced to move to either Hyderabad or chennai location. Infact there are very very less projects at Bangalore location. Not sure why ATMECS is not displaying the Name board on Bangalore office premises. May be to avoid taxation....Read More
