Job at atmecs is solely dependent on the client..untill client is happy with ur work ur job is safe..u may lose job if u do not have a project..most of the managers have very less management skills and u have to depend on urself for project deliverables and client interactions..ur goals mean nothing for the management.if u have beengiven good hike and u don't have any other offers in hand then join Atmecs..salary and other benefits would be on time..hell no for QA people..if u r from testing background avoid this at any cost...Read More

Management and HR are not employee centric..they can't even talk to clients regarding ur project movement even if there are openings in the technology u want to move into.all they need is billing..
